Body:

i just want any new comers to know that since beginning the posture not even one month ago i really do feel better. if you look at any of my first posts i was definately feeling rough and let down. i don't think that my gynecologist would necessarily see any internal improvements but i hope that by continuing with this posture i can go about life as usual. i feel armed with positive information. i made it through a monthly cycle without feeling like i was totally falling apart. like someone said before me; i am getting used to the 'new' normal. my spirit is back and i am ready to take on life. thanks women! i love to hear your stories. especially when they are about women taking on life. doing things that i previously thought prolapsed women didn't do (like move furniture!!!) I feel so enlivened after reading posts like that. and after seeing christine speaking about so many of the same things i am passionate about (eating organic whole foods) then watching the exercises (and trying them!) and seeing christine run as part of a daily exercise program. I really didn't think that running would be an option for me. look what i have to look forward to! I think that many women who read these posts would like to hear others speak up about how they are successful at life with prolapse. thanks again, mel

Dear Mel,

Every woman's success is like a buoy in the ocean of confusion and distortion that we know as women's healthcare.

I can't thank you enough for the intelligence and courage it took to recognize and implement this work.

I love your bike stories, which, along with Nancy and Mare, have nudged me in the direction of the bike store!

Heartfully,

Christine

Hi Christine and Mel,
Get out of here!! Moving furniture????????? I was just beginning to like being a femine lady now (just kidding) I'd rather move furniture anyday than lay around and eat chocolate on those fainting couches! Not my cup of tea at all! Well I haven't gotten back into my regular walking routine, but will be biking and walking tonight when it cools down a bit here. I do the exercises pretty faithfully though. Haven't changed my diet yet, but I know I need to lose about 10#. It's hard to do that with all the graduation open houses coming up this month, but I'll give it a shot. Today I had to go to opening celebrations all day and I ate quite a bit of junk food.
I thought my prolapse would really be bulging, not being able to rest awhile at all, and without a sponge, but I am really surprised it is not! I had a pretty good day. Hope you all did too my friends.
Nancy
