When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

It didn't go any where
Hi Anne-helen,
Well I wish I could say it went away and stayed away.
Its still with me. The 2nd doctor I saw didn't want me to be worried about it and was worried I wanted surgery so she said I didn't have one.
Well I do ( she admitted this in a recent phone call) ...its been bothering me a good bit during sex.
I also think I have a enterocele, I can feel it on self exam- which I trust more then the docs who have checked me!
So I guess the party can still happen only my new twin friends cele and cele are going with me!

Callie, I have had a bladder
Callie, I have had a bladder prolapse for 7 years and never new you could have a bowel one till 3 weeks ago how niave is that lol and i'm 59 but the rectocele has made me panicky again and i know how you feel, my big dread was everything falling out but my doctor has been very good and trying to help me without surgery (which I do not want) she is sending me for a small bowel scope because even though when I find it hard to have a motion when it does come it is very loose. but I stopped smoking a year ago and ive put on 2 stone in wieght and eating like a pig so instead of my stools being hard with not much food there soft with too much...anyway after this she has asked me if I want to be fitted with a ring and i'm strongly thinking about this, I have some pressure from my rec and she said it may give ne some relief from all my prolapses.
BTW I MUST add that the posture has been excellant for my bladder prolapse I still have my buldge but it seems not to be so pronounced nor does it burn or drag, and this has been since I started faithfuly doing both the excercise (holding up from bottom rib cage) and the posture has been good for me allowing me to continue through the day my ordinary housework even a walk down the town which a few weeks ago was sore and uncomfortable
This is why I wonder if I should leave the pessarie ATM and continue with Christines Postures.
It's the head thing, I wake up thinking and thinking every minute of the day rec..cele... it drives you mad sometimes much more than the actual prolapses
