When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

The best thing to do is not worry about what is falling where and focus on what a divine and creative opportunity it is to learn to stretch into your entire self throughout your working day and to build a colorful world around you that supports your basic design. The terms urethrocele and cystocele are interchangeable, depending upon the leading presentation of the bladder/bladder neck. Some sources are calling for discontinuing the term urethrocele.
If you have a prolapse then getting into the posture will help you no end - It did me :)
Read around this site and see how many tips and hints you can get and I am sure your fears will be much much less :)
I have a Cystocele - And the posture has made it hardly even a problem any more.
If they offer you surgery - Say no and send them to this site - Tell them there IS a better and less painful way to LIVE WELL WITH PROLAPSE :)

Hi WJ
I, too, am a breast cancer survivor and I, too, have prolapse. As you and I both know, you have to dig deeper than you ever have before when you're dealing with cancer, to find your own strength and your own will power--because it is a road you travel alone. Many times I found myself three rungs up from the bottom of the pit and I found the inner strength, to climb up out of that pit and know God had more plans for me. I also know survivors are told that everytime something goes wrong with you, you will think it is cancer. That is a mindset that is imperative you discard. You must embrace your survivorship and deal with things on a daily basis. Prolapse, as Sue just posted, is controllable and you can live with it. I actually freaked out for about a week, then found Christine and this wonderful website. I started the posture and I do a lot of organics working towards whole body wellness. Believe it or not, I have never looked back nor regretted my decision. That's not to say I don't have my ups and downs (pun intended), I do, but at the same time I know things will improve. Everyone here will give you their support and help you deal with it.
Surgery is not an option for me and if you read over as many posts as you can, you will find it is not an option for most of the ladies here. My suggestion is to order Christine's book and start her exercises, then expand into organics and other simple, old fashioned modalities as time permits. At the same time, you will be growing emotionally as well as intellectually on taking control of your health and your life.
Please know you can feel free to email me (address on the contact page)if you need me. I hope our thoughts and knowledge here has eased some of the fear and will enable you to move forward more confidently.
Love and blessings,
Grandma Joy
