When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Rectum pressure
Hi Pat
Rectum pressure can be difficult to deal with. Try using the search box to find posts where women have posted about rectocele. One thing I have found is that with all the different sensations I experience with my bladder, uterus and rectocele I might have to try a technique for a few days before I know whether or not it is going to work. The other thing is that what works today might not have worked several weeks ago, and might not work next month. I don't often have a lot of problems with any of my prolapses these days, but I have a few techniques of dealing with all of them, like a tool box. If one doesn't work, just add another.
I recently returned from overseas and spent too much time travelling economy class, took on too much strenuous exercise when I returned home. The result was a seized up lower back for 1 1/2 weeks which prevented me from standing correctly. Frequent stretching during the day and before bed, short periods of physical exertion done slowly, some time in our spa every day, and rolling my spine up and down on Christine's baton a couple of times a day have at last given me back some flexibility, and my cervix is headed upwards again. That's what I meant by using all the tools in the toolbox.
Good luck.

Kinked
I have had recently some problems and by accident sort of fixed it and it is what you say Louise...some things may work for a while and then you have to change...
I had been feeling pressure and when the rect is bad the cyst is bad and felt like I wasn't clearing out the rect---gross--but how do you say???!!
The other day after several days of feeling icky, I dropped something and had to pick up (while going to the bathroom) and that shift in position let me fully empty...I had been always shifting to the right and that worked --well now I see I may have to change position several times before things --I assume unkink...I can never rise up in a partial squatting position--I can't seem to relax enough once squatting...so I guess the lesson is to never assume I have the one key that works--ever since that happened--I am able to fully empty and haven't had any pressure. For me I think it is not fully emptying that effects me so much...and leads to so much pressure.
I am returning to work part time but will be on my feet...and I am very curious how that will effect how I feel...I think it will help actually because it will be part time--but I think purposefully standing in posture like that will help and since it is a no mind really job I can concentrate on my body a little more maybe--how I am standing etc.
I had to find something in the evenings so my DH can care for the kids...may go to more full time professional work in the future, but for now I am just dipping a toe in...ha! I know I am too baby bound with the 7 month old to leave for 40 hours!!

Yes I have this, it's like
Yes I have this, it's like sensations that just don't give up in your back passage, memyselfandI's, Mum had this and a pessary eased it for her, I have an appointment with the doctor to forward me to see if a pessary will help me with this, I FULLY sympathise with you if I didn't try to take mt mind of it i feel sometimes i would go crazy. I don't want to have a miracle with a pessary but a little ease would be fantastic also I have quite a prominant (grade 3)cystocele which a little ease with would do me just fine...this is all i ask whether I will get it is another thing
