is this editing or do you have a server fault christine?

i have just been surprised to see topics disappear from this forum.
i have already read the content on "remove my name from your list" and the comments by "marylouis" and "tanya". it is still listed under recent posts but can no longer be accessed. why?
i ahve read the forums from dr murphy before and consider them a good advert for your work (indirectly!)
i also believe that for some women who have particularly bad symptoms surgery may be a necessity.
i also believe that most women presented by both sides of the argument, and advised in full about the risks will try conservative management first, and will only see surgery as a last resort.

likewise, the two topics that i recently created "prolapse in the animal kingdom" and "its official: pregnancy did not worsen my prolapse" have also disappeared from the main forum menus (although you can still access them through the track function and recent comments)

does this mean i am also considered to be an "unhelpful" or subversive voice on your forum, notwithstanding that i am broadly supportive of your work (although i have in the past noticed the disappearance of any useful discription of fire breathing from the forums, presumably to encourage people to read the second edition of your book)? is it because i insist that i have gained benefit from my so far 2 sessions with a qualified yoga therapist? i promise i am not dr pelvic floor or a supporter of surgical solutions in disguise!

i would hope that you would not see the need to edit in that way or stifle the debate. you would be better to leave us to judge for ourselves, as your reputation is more diminished by not crediting us with the intelligence to make up our own minds. i never like to be patronised by being "protected" from the other argument.

for me, i am more convinced than ever that i can live well with prolapse, and i have you to thank you for starting me on that journey.
