Rectorcele and Cystocele Repair/Fix without surgery

Body:

Can anyone tell me what works to fix this problem that does not involve surgery? I don't understand efverything about it and if you can give me a few details I sure would appreciate it. I got one reply that said something about "posture"...to use that to help...but I am unsure what they meant by that. I replied back asking for details but have not gotten an answer back yet. Thank you to anyone that can better inform me. Peace to all. Lynn

To read about the posture go to Whole woman.com (the home page,) and click on FAQ. Scroll down to 11 and 12 and you will find an explanation about the posture and also a picture. If you scroll through the Faq's you will find a lot of information about prolapse. Also use the search box at the left of this page and put in what you want to know and it should take you to some posts about the subjects.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Flora.

The posture is a more natural way of standing sitting and using your body - Before humans decided that we must stand so upright our organs sit 'over the precipice' ready to fall lol

If you go to the FAQs it will explain the posture to you (also explains it in christines book and alot more info also)

If you go to www.wholewoman.com and go to FAQ section - It will help you out about many many things there :-)

The posture is not an instantaneous fix - For me it took a month or two for me to really feel more 'lifted inside'
