When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

RE: I'm so glad to be here
Welcome Snurbbie!!
We need all the strong, committed women possible who are willing to take this journey with us! You are one of the blessed ones who have the best chance of total or almost total recovery! The exercises (in the video) are certainly important...but we must provide the structure within which our organs will be best supported, and that can only happen with constant use of the posture. Remember that your natural curves are essential to this integrated system and that tight clothing and cushy furniture strain our original design.
Wishing you well!
Christine

Hello Snurbie.
I just wanted to let you know that I was also diagnosed with cervical prolapse while 3 months pregnant. It slowly got worse within weeks. I am now 4.5 months pregnant and have had no "falling downs" lately. I do have a lot of pressure at the bottom of my uterus when I walk and I tire extremely easlily. Please let me know more of your experience of being pregnant with this prolapse and also please let me know what type of birth you had; vaginal or c-section. You sound fortunate to have had a mid-wife that recommended kegels. When I mentioned them to my doctor she said they wouldn't help (I'm doing them anyway) and also recommended hysterectomy afterwards (no way!).
You are the first person I have read about with the same type of prolapse that occured when pregnant. I thank you ahead of time for your help. Thanks.

RE: I'm so glad to be here
First congrats on your pregnancy. When I was pregnant the mid wife said it was a cervical proplapse then after I had her the doctor said it was a cyctocele. Anyways as I got further in my pregnancy I wasnt feeling any discomfort because as they baby grows everything was moving upwards so that should happen for you too as your body makes room for the baby. I was tired too but I think that was just from being pregnant and being home with 2 other kids. Do your kegels. It won't hurt anything. I chose to do hypnobirthing. I think that was a lifesaver for me. You stay calm and focused, release all those natural endorfines to aleveate discomfort and the whole process it just great. I think it's also beneficial to the baby being born in a calm manner. I have a hypnobirthing book I could send to you if you'd like. Have you gotten Christine's book and tape? It's wonderful and my kids like doing the exercises too. Do you notices any patteren to when you feel the buldge? Are you lifting more, something your eating, are you on your feet alot, what's your posture like. I can't wait to hear from you and if you have any questions let me know. Part of the reason I think I was misdiagnosed at first was because during the exam your laying down so things are moved. Take care and warm if your in the northeast like me.
