When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi Louise. I am so glad you
Hi Louise.
I am so glad you posted this....most of the time my cervix is at the entrance and peeking. If I stay home take it easy, like sit around and really don't do much, it doesn't come down till the afternoon....I have never had a day when it hasn't peeked by the end of the day....Housework day it is peeking with in about 2hours....
My doctor tells me it will not get any worse....and I am never to lift anything heavy like washing ( he told me to get a washing basket on wheels )Shopping my husband must carry that. So I have to take his word that it "will not get any worse"
I must admit Louise that since doing the WW. workout Firebreathing and posture It doesn't feel so heavy and uncomfortable. Which is thanks to Christine and this site.
Many women say that their cervix only peeks sometimes...like on a bad day
I just wondered are their any other women out there that have it low like me most of the time.

Hi Louise & Bling...
My cervix is peeking and low all of the time. Even when I first rise is the morning, there it is.

peeking
What peeks out for me is my cystocele. It feels bulgy and full and slightly achy when it is at the opening. It can sometimes extend slightly farther down than the labia, enough to rub a little on pubic hair. Using Bliss Balm on the bulge helps it slide back inside when it can.
Urinating always seems to retract the cystocele for a little while. I think there must be a contraction of the bladder as the fluid siphons out that draws it tighter and in, but only for a time.
Sometimes it is peeking first thing in the morning, then goes a little farther in for most of the day. Then some evenings it is worse again. I confess it makes me irritable.
I go to work in my gusset pants that I've made of lightweight stretch denim -- they look like jeans even though the zipper is in the back and I have them slightly elasticized across the front -- with elastic suspenders under my shirt. The flat area of the gusset being comfortably snugged up against my vulva makes me feel much more secure, and I think may even encourage the labia to close over the bulge, making me feel better during the work day.

Peeking
Some days I can feel my bladder resting right against my labia. I've been having these bad days lately, and have been rather upset about it.
When I went to the gynaecologist a couple weeks ago, she seemed really unconcerned, and told me that it would neither get any better nor any worse, no matter what I did. I was surprised to hear that, considering most doctors will advise against heavy lifting, etc., and I don't know where she got that information. She also said that physio wouldn't help, as that was more for incontinence issues.

peeking
Yup after five years i'm at peeking.
But staying at peeking for now - as it just at the opening of the vagina.
Psychologically i'm pretty good with that. I have a mental demarcation line. As in if it's in i feel it's managable.,
I feel if it exited at all i would probably be pretty upset. Maybe it being in means for me in theory that if i hit upun the right formula of something like acupcunture herbs excercise the posture, diet and oh i dunno a chance meeting with an ayurvedic gynecological proalapse expert/ guru all weould suck back up again - the great optimist i suppose : )
Best wishes

peeking
When you say peeking I am not sure what you mean.My cervix is outside the vagina. When I go to the toilet the only thing I wipe is my cervix, when I shower I have to take my rings off as I nearly scatch my cervix I try to push it back in but it hurts and just comes straight back out.Not very often but sometimes if I have been on my feet for awhile then sit down it can be very painful,as I sit down it goes back inside and pulls the hairs with it...it is like having the hairs caught in a zipper.
Now is this what you call peeking or is this beyond peeking?
As I said in another post I really can't handle this so that is why I now have a pessary and so far I am very happy.

Peeking
Hi Bling, Thanks, I would think that was beyond peeking. A judicious trim of the longer pubes might help to cut down the discomfort, and use of Bliss Balm, which is oily, might stop them sticking together.
Cheers
Louise
