exercise

I felt like we should start a thread of it's own to talk about who does what......

I'll go first.

I generally exercise for 100 minutes 3 days a week doing Bikram yoga. then i walk at least 3 days a week for an hour or so. I do the ballet routine once or sometimes twice a week.
I run for fun. So no more than 100 meters at a time and just to chase my kids or act silly.

However I recently jogged a couple of miles (3) with no noticeable increase in POP. I did feel it when I was running and after it was low- but the next morning I was back to normal.

I skip, jump, hop.....but in limited amounts- not as actual exercise.

so encouraging to hear that you are exercising...I just spoke to a friend who told me that she had this many years ago and completely cured it w/diet, vitamins and exercise(I didn't get the specific details yet)..so that too was encouraging.
