When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

it sounds tiny so your attention is often the biggest hurdle towards a successful out-come.
I wish you the best of circumstances.

Thanks Granolamum and Zelda
Was nice to get such a prompt response to my post. Thanks so much for the support and I will try and stay positive, although it does worry me a bit not knowing what is going on, but hopefully whatever it is, it is in an early stage and won't present a huge problem. The net is great for looking things up, but when it comes to medical things, you have to be careful that you don't assume you have things that you don't in fact have. Anyway, thanks again, it is so helpful to get support at times when you feel vulnerable.
Cheers,
Wendy

Blue Spots
Wenz,
I have a couple of those blue spots. I think they are malformations - blood vessels. I've had them for years in plain view of the doctor and nothing was ever said. Check it out anyway, thought this might make you feel better in the interim.

Blue spot
Thanks for that, I am sure the blue spots you have are harmless from the sound of it. I don't think they are all sinister, although some might be. The problem with the one I have is that I've never noticed it before so it's not something that I've had a long time probably. I did wonder whether it was a freckle type spot that has recently changed, in which case it should def be checked out. But thank you, it has reminded me not to panic and to remember that many of these things turn out to be harmless. I certainly feel better about it than I did when I discovered it - I've had time to calm down and think more rationally about it. I'm seeing my doctor next week (in 4 days time). It is the same doctor who did my smear recently and she is lovely. I think I posted about my smear and the good news about my prolapse so won't repeat it here. Anyway, all the best,
Wendy

You probably don't want to know, but ...
Hi there,
Since I made such a fuss earlier about the "blue spot" on my breast, I thought I'd let you know what the doctor said. Basically, she thought it was a cyst (harmless) but advised me to go back at the beginning of next month if it had changed in any way. So, I'm kind of relieved but still slightly apprehensive about there being some doubt still. She also said I didn't have many "moles" on my skin and there was probably no need for a mole map to be done. At this stage, I am trusting in what she says. If she's right then I was probably worrying for nothing. Thanks again to the ladies who replied to my post - by the way, my prolapse is the same (up and down as usual) but I've had some vaginal dryness which got annoying enough for me to go get some lubricant. Not talking about during sex (not on the menu anyway) but just generally getting dry around my vulval area. I see there are some balms on WW but when you add on the exchange rate from US dollars, it's probably cheaper for me to get a local product.
Cheers from

WW Balms
Hi Wenz
So glad the alarm about the mole was unnecessary. Better safe than sorry.
Re Bliss Balm, I thought the same about local products here in Oz, but I couldn't find anything similar, except for massage oils which are a nightmare to handle because they are so liquid. DH and I just love Bliss Balm with its light rose geranium fragrance. It really is a super smooth lubricant and doesn't dry out like KY gel. You don't have to use a lot either.
I figure if fine furniture manufacturers don't recommend silicon based furniture polish because it doesn't allow timber to breathe, I am not going to use silicon-based lubricants in my jini either! Oil/wax lubricants aren't common in pharmacies and sex shops because they are incompatible with latex condoms. But you ask any mechanic whether oils are the best lubricant he will probably, after choking on his cup of tea, express disbelief that you even asked the question, then nod his head knowingly!!
If you can find a local product that is as pure, and organic, I think you might find it is pretty expensive too, but by all means try. For use as a couple Bliss Balm is great as it is somewhere between solid and gel for most of the year, (though our hot nights this summer have reduced it to very thick liquid a couple of times). If you knock it over it doesn't all disappear into your bedding. In cold weather it melts very quickly once on your finger.
Actually the exchange rate between Oz$ and US$ is much better than it has been in past years. Postage and packing is a bit of a killer, but as the product is so good I am happy to pay it.
Cheers

Thanks Louise
Hi there, yes, I would prefer to get the WW balm. Might think about it a bit more.
I'm glad to hear you had a good experience with your prolapse recently. Isn't it great when it shows definite improvement? I generally take it day by day and today is a good day. Sometimes though I can go for weeks feeling fine; then for no apparent reason, I'll have a period when it is up and down all the time. I think my chair at work is reasonable; I tend to feel good during a work day. I do sit pretty much all day, but I try not to slouch and I always go out during my break for a walk. I get a bit apprehensive when ladies on here talk about doctors who say their prolapses are just going to get worse in time. Fortunately, others refute that so I just hope that the latter are right! Maybe the truth is that some do get worse, but others improve or stay the same indefinitely.
Oh well, enough from me. Take care,
Wendy
