lovely seeing so many of you here at once

Body:

I find myself reading your posts in bits and pieces...and wanting to respond to so many of them...but never having the time to read all of the posts and not wanting to be repetitive(what others might have already responded)
But lovely to come on and see so many of you here and wanting you all to know that though I am not saying much...I am enjoying getting to know you all a bit and feeling the connection...
As a response to the anxiety conversation, there are so many wonderful spiritual teachers/writers-I think that certain ones resonate with certain people...some of them have helped me learn how to handle anxiety through daily meditations and other practices(I have come a long way in the past several years). I also find that the tincture of the herb motherwort is a wonderful remedy particularly for women. It is soothing-good for anxiety, heart palapitations...as well as pms, menstrual symptoms,etc....
Flower essences can also be very helpful-what I like about them is that they contain no medicine but are purely the vibrational energies of the plant. (an example of a flower remedy is Bach rescue remedy)
wishing you all a joyous new year
Stella

I could have written that post , nearly word for word. I too have such limited time. I always feel this
direct theft from "productive financial time" in order to feed my heart and soul by visiting and reading all your posts.
And recently , trying to post more and give something back.
My husband has definitely been holding some judgements about this forum and the time I spend here. Oh well.
I just try to reassure him that you All help me daily. Because you do, he gets a calmer wife. Worth the investment....
I am also on the same alternative medicine plan, and I'm a huge fan of Homeopathics. I Am a half-ass practitioner I guess,
with a few saved cats and many avoided Dr. visits that I can claim and lay at the feet of my diagnostic intuition . One cat in particular. That was a reward.
Zelda

My nutty mother goes by the name Zelda when she is pretending to be the "mean" grandma to my kids
Stella is the name of one of my dogs(named by my daughter)
Has anyone spoken about sitz baths for treating cystocele? I was told hot and cold sitz baths...has anyone heard this? Supposedly strengthens the tissue. This info given to me by a naturopathic doc who I have much respect for.
I am a half-assed practitioner too-I am my family's best doctor!
