When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Celiac
I just saw this and had to comment even though it is many months later. You can get tested for celiac disease pretty easily; if your doctor won't order it there are sometimes research programs that you can go to. But the diagnostic criteria for celiac are pretty strict and many, many people are sensitive to gluten without meeting the diagnostic critera for celiac. If you have a positive blood test I would not subject myself to an intestinal biopsy also; just quit gluten at that point.
I have had a couple of IgG allergy tests and my antibodies are always through the roof for dairy and wheat (also beef, but that's easy to avoid). I am not as good about avoiding it as I should be, but I do find that the soft consistency that is hard to pass can improve on a wheat-free dairy-free diet for me. What I have found, though, is that in the first couple of weeks of really being strict about it my digestion goes haywire - diarrhea alternating with constipation, headaches, stomach pain, etc. So if you decide to give it a try be sure to stick it out.
Not everyone who has a positive IgG will improve by eliminating the suspect food. It is not a very specific test. If you have celiac disease, you absolutely must avoid ALL sources of gluten forever. If you have an IgG sensitivity it is not *as* serious, but still important to try, especially if you are having symptoms.
I read a book called "Dangerous Grains" that gives a lot of good info about gluten, although it may be a bit biased toward a high prevalence of gluten sensitivity.
I've got to get my diet together again... I was so good about it when my allergist thought it might clear up my cough, then they decided it was another condition completely and I gave up the diet for a while. But I really am healthier on it in other ways...

Illness
Hi Mom30
Please get your daughter's eye checked out. There are viruses that have lesions that develop on the eyeball. Some can cause blindness in the eye.
Secondly, I had a nasty repiratory virus a few weeks ago that knocked the stuffing out of me for a couple of weeks. It caused major sinus congestion that took a couple of months to resolve. In the meantime I had very soft bowel movements for the duration. I think it was all the mucous, that was continually draining out of my sinuses, that just came out the other end undigested. It has now gone and I am back to normal. I think there would be other symptoms of coeliac disease that would bother you just as much, if not more.
Good luck.
Louise
