Newly diagnosed

I had my second child 5 weeks ago and just finally figured out that the pressure I've been feeling is a uterine prolapse, not stiches and swelling recovering. I have spoken to my doctor, but not seen her yet to determine the whole picture. She told me a lot of prolapse is related not only to weak ligaments but lack of estrogen from breastfeeding. She's strongly encouraged me to continue breastfeeding, but thinks my prolapse may correct itself after I stop and my estrogen levels return to their pre-pregnancy state. Christine - is it possible for prolapses to just correct themselves with time?

Also, what do you know about acupuncture and correction of prolapses?

Finally, I hope to resume sex soon, but am now terribly worried about it hurting and the future of it just not being good. Can you advise on how to start again?
