When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

I am interested in trying
I am interested in trying some herbal things also---I'm checking into it. Thank you for sharing about your success. I had to smile when you posted about your son walking! Both my grown daughters were walking at 8 months (I wasn't really READY for that!!) and my youngest grand-daughter (now 10 months) started walking at 8 months--she is now steady enough to run and follow us around. She thinks it's great fun and chuckles and squeals with delight while she's running! It's SO precious to watch her---and listening to her laughter is the most delightful sound!!
Enjoy him while you can!~~smile~~
Peace,
S&G

so great!
Oh Zoe, that's such great news!
I really believe in the ability of alternative therapies to heal. i've had great success with homeopathy and chinese herbs with my prolapses--i definately felt little lifts with each. i still take my homeopathic remedy if i overdo things, just to give it a bit of healing.
keep us updated...
and so exciting about the walking! they are so gorgeous as they toddle about. definately one of my favourite stages (but i've been saying that about every stage since our baby was born!!!)

Hi Stella,
Hi Stella,
They are mixed into a tincture with alcohol I believe. I have to mix it with hot water so the alcohol evaporates first. It is the foulest tasting stuff LOL.
I take 15mls of the mix in a day in 2 or 3 doses so not a great amount but yuck!
If anyone has any more specific questions I can get the answers from my brother. I'm sure he will help all he can.
TTFN,
Zoe.
