When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Aloe info for Mommynow
Hi Mommynow, I'm so sorry you're having this trouble. I've only a minute right now so here is the information.
The website is www.desertharvest.com
I use their Aloe Capsules and their Personal Aloe Gel. The personal gel is about $24 a bottle, lasts a long time and is blissful stuff…organic too, I think. It only takes a little bit. I use it every day. I take the capsules also because I am prone to bladder infections. They keep bacteria from adhering to the bladder walls so it cannot take hold and grow (at least that is the theory). I suffered far too many years to mention until my doctor said he could do no more and I was left to fend for myself. It was the best thing he could have ever done for me. Within two or three days on the Aloe my problems were under control. That was November 2006.
You may only need the gel. I think the pain you are referring to may be caused by dryness. I know that pain well and it went away once I started the Aloe. I started both at the same time but you can always add the capsules if you need something more. I only take two capsules a day now.
I really trust these products or else I would not recommend them.
Sorry if this seems jumbled, I am in a rush today but so very happy to share this information with you.
Let me know if I can help further. Feel free to email me privately if you have questions. All my best, Kit

Thanks Kit! I appreciate you responding. Today I feel better for some reason. It is completely gone?? But I still ordered some yesterday and will use it to prevent. Plus it had other uses that look good :)

This is so interesting.
This is so interesting. Although a completely different problem, I also was helped (big time!) with an all natural aloe-vera/vitamin E product. For years I had gotten positive pap screening results gradually getting worse but never 'crossing the line' from severe dysplasia to actual cancer cells. I was told I needed a hysterectomy (because afterall, I didn't want anymore kids, right? And what did I need a uterus and ovaries for? HA!!) I refused to listen and started to investigate on my own.
The tests continued to vary and eventually it had, indeed, become cancerous. AGAIN, I was not real keen on having them just "take everything out" for their own convenience. I read and read----and found that the bad cells could be removed only--and after that I could 'watch and see.' They weren't even going to TELL me about this---*I* had to tell THEM that this was one of my choices and insist on it. The doctor, of course, didn't like it one bit. They did the tests with the dye and found that all the cells were in one place and had not become invasive. They did a cone biopsy and got them all (further testing, etc.)
Several years later, the dysplasia returned---so I ordered a product called Beta-Mannan and followed the instructions exactly. I was tested over the years for 13 different genotypes of HPV (even though they now know that only four of them are associated with cervical cancer) and never had it. That is a very common cause---but not the only one. After several months of using this product the dysplasia was GONE and has been ever since.
This was nearly five years ago now. This doctor (different one) told me straight out that the massive exposure to second-hand smoke had caused the cellular changes (there is a direct link between cervical cancer and second-hand smoke) I've never smoked myself, but worked around it for many years. I now refuse to be anywhere around it--no smoking in my car, in my house, etc. YUK!
Sorry to go on so long about me (again! Really, I apologize) but I just wanted to put in a good word for the aloe products. It's very controversial and does not claim (nor can it) cure cancer once you have it---but it kept me from developing it again----AND saved my uterus and ovaries!! It also made my skin and hair very soft and lusterous!~smile~
More power to the natural approach and being proactive in our healthcare!!
Peace,
S&G

cervical dysplasia
Thanks so much for posting your experience, S&G. Cervical cancer is one of our dragons, and you are right, cigarettes are definitely a cause. Amazing, isn't it, that substances and factors can have such far-reaching effects and also target specific tissues. I will remember you, for we have very much needed someone to come along and share her success with natural approaches to cervical dysplasia. To your health! Christine

First hand sharing
Mommynow, I’m so glad you’re better. If it comes and goes, it could very well just be moisture related. At least you have a good ally there now. Might be good to watch your diet and your fluid intake, maybe you can find some triggers or indicators there? Let me know what you think of the consistency of the gel. I think it’s just plain old loveliness.
Oh, S&G, you make me smile! Thank you!! ‘for going on about you’ as you put it. Please, go on, again and again. I learn much each time.
I am thankful for your healing, and for your story of your healing and how you took up for yourself along the way. This first-hand experience sharing is so important and so comforting. It lends a trust factor for we do need to be careful with what we put in our bodies. That is why I was so excited to learn of Stella’s experience.
As to your hair and skin: That is wonderful and I’m so glad you mentioned it. I’ve had the same experience. I lost a lot of hair while on a prescription. Now my hair is in better condition than it has been in twenty years. Though it remains stubborn and stays short in the places that lost the most, just recently we’ve (my husband, sis-in-law, me) noticed that it doesn’t have nearly as much grey in it. Also, my facial wrinkles have greatly lessoned. I can only hope and pray that I am gaining as much internally for that is where the real wealth lies.
As an aside: Miss Judy (Clonmacnoise) has mentioned that she has really long hair…below the waist type length. My hair has never grown fast or long. After losing
so much of it, I have gained a lot more appreciation for it. I need to remember to ask her if she has any tips to offer for growing the long and the lustrous!
We’re off for the weekend to help tend to my dh’s sweet 94 year old grandmother. Spending time with her always puts everything into clearer perspective.
I copied off an info-piece on beta-mannon to take along and read. So glad to know of it in case of future need!
Sweet weekend to all. Kit

I love the sharing
first, I'm so happy you're feeling better, mommynow
and I'm so happy you posted about this, I learn so much from all of you. not that I necessarily need the info for myself right now, but you never know when the info becomes invaluable.
just read in the NYTimes, an aside in an article, I don't even remember, oh yes, it was a letter to the editor re: Patientslikeme.com, how the ancient babylonians (I think???) had a custom to bring the ill to the public market square. all who passes were supposed to ask the ill of their symptoms and then share anything they knew from their own experiences (or those of people they knew) about those symptoms. pretty much what we do with internet these days.

An inspiring story
Hi Snug
Thankyou so much for sharing your story of taking a conservative approach when all doctors wanted to chop you about. Who are we medically untrained people to challenge the 'authority' of a doctor? We are the mugs who live in the bodies they want to chop up, right?
You have escaped major scalpel work several times, on a hunch that your judgement was better than theirs. That really takes guts and is an inspiring example for other women who are offered major scalpel work now to avoid it later. Well done.
Cheers
Louise
