WOW!!! How in the WORLD does that mama do it???

I wonder how she (or if she does??) keep her uterus in shape? That is really amazing!

Happy moms day to you all too ;)

love,

Hi FW

I suspect that this family has limited understanding of contraception.

At least you wouldn't have to remember all their names as they would all be known as JD except for Mom, who is obviously MD, and is probably affectionately known as "JD Sir" anyway, just to minimise the confusion.

When you do the math of babies per year it doesn't quite add up, but who cares?

This woman has obviously been blessed with a body finely-tuned genetically for gestating and birthing babies. For every woman who goes through her whole reproductive life unable to conceive, or has difficult pregnancies and births, there has to be another woman at the other end of the bell curve who cannot stop conceiving, bearing and birthing easily.

I just hope that these children are loved and cared for as well as they look to be. Good luck to 'em. I would love to be a fly on the wall at 6pm at night, or at Church on Sunday. However, they are more like a village than a family, and it takes a village to raise a child, so why not?

I'm just glad I am not Mrs Duggar. My head would be spinning 24/7! I will spend some of Mothers' Day pondering this family and being glad I am me.

Cheers

Louise

EDIT: At least she has a uterus, and knows what it is for. Nobody would be talking this woman into a hysterectomy!!

I think children well loved and cared for are not a function of family size. I know some people who were definitely NOT well loved and cared for and had few siblings, as well as people who had fabulously loving parents and very large families. one of my closest friends is one of 12 and she and her sibs are so close and well adjusted. I grew up across the street from a family of 15 children, and they too, fared very well.

I know I'm doing a much better job with baby number four than I did with my first, so I guess practice makes perfect. by the time you have 10 or so, you'd be a pro! that said, I'm with you louise, happy it isn't me who has to keep track of so many kids.
I'm feeling blessed with my little family, and glad to be me

Happy mothers day to all the moms here : )
