When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Prolapse Resources
Hi Helga
The first step is to go to the homepage, www.wholewoman.com , and check out the FAQ's, where you will find summaries of the most important techniques you can use. If you want to know more you can use the keyword Search box on the left to search these Forums. This will bring up a list of topics containing posts that contain your keywords. Use your browser's Find on This Page tool to scan each topic for posts that contain the highlighted text. Some topics may seem totally irrelevant to your keywords, but often there are other topics buried in them, so persevere with these seemingly irrelevant topics. Your words will be in there somewhere!
The forums are great because you will get positive and negative personal experiences which you can only really get with an open conversation.
I reckon the very best source of info is Christine Kent's book Saving the Whole Woman, second edition, which contains all Christine's own research and a chapter describing all the surgical procedures that are used for pelvic repair surgery, complete with success rates, and rates of complication and side effects. Very sobering reading. most of us cannot see much point following the surgical repair route, cos the complications and side effects are unpredictable and potentially devastating for the women who draw the short straw and end up with chronic pain, cut nerves, sexual dysfunction, further prolapse and continence problems. This seems to be the only website that has positive techniques that will really reduce symptoms and make it possible to live with prolapse. The degree of success of these techniques can be amazingly good but we would be foolish to say that they will give you 100% recovery, as you will still always have prolapsed organs, but you will not have the surgical damage and scar tissue inside you that can be worse than the prolapse that you had repaired! This is no miracle cure. Nor is it a scam. It is work. It is just a way to manage symptoms yourself and get a degree of improvement in them. I have all three prolapses. They have all been at the entrance of the vagina at times but are now about 1cm inside the entrance at worst, and often higher or undetectable.
However there are lots of other websites where you can find info about surgery. Most of them are clinics that are selling surgery. There are also a few community forums where surgical repairs are discussed. These women have often had several lots of surgery, and will continue to need further surgery for the rest of their lives. I cannot bear to read them.
Go and do your reading, then come back with comments and questions.
Cheers
Louise
