I rode a bike

for all you bike riders out there I wanted you to know that I tested out WW posture on a bike last Thursday. Here is what I had to do.....hang (well not really hang since my tailbone was lifting) my sit bones right off the back of the seat. Then I was able to lift my chest and lower my shoulders while keeping a nice curve to my lumbar spine.
The ONLY down side was that my pubic bone was driving into the very hard seat. It was a great workout for my arms though because in the posture I had to have a little more of my weight distributed there- and I stood frequently to give my pubic bone a break. I didn't really go far- but the ride was and hour or so-
I have been looking online at bike seats and I have found one by Terry- that seems like it might actually be ok for the sensitive tissues of my perineum.
