Sea Salt Bath Experience

Body:

From discussion on Christine’s LS site, I decided to try a sea salt bath.
I used regular sea salt (all I had), 1/3 cup to a full bath tub of water. It
was beyond delightful and felt ever so healing. Even the 1/3 cup of salt
made the water silky soft. I may use a bit more next time. :-)

Wonderfully, the learning never ceases.

Kit,

I think that fighters use salt to toughen up faces and hands. Perhaps this would be a thing to do often. Let us know how it continues to work,

Judy

I'll let you know, Miss Judy.

An Amish herbalist told me to use vinegar and Epsom salts baths to clear chemical poisoning. I plan to do that today to clear the damaging stress hormones from my system. But I was wondering if I might substitute sea salt for Epsom salt? I know the magnesium in Epson has a drawing action but it also irritates me some. Any thoughts?

Interesting about fighters using salt like that. I do love learning these things. Kit
