When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Exercise
Yeah, searching can be a bit like that. You just have to be organised about it, choose your keywords carefully and not search too many different subjects at once. Just doing it a bit at a time seems to work best. Once you are reading the forums regularly you will catch up with most of the recent conversations.
The trick with exercise is to identify the troublesome activities by recognising sensations in the vagina that will tell you that intraabdominal pressure is pressing your organs out of place and they are moving down into the vulval area. Then try a particular type of exercise gently and see what it feels like during, then after the exercise. If it feels OK, then you can lift the pace a bit, but always be on the lookout for those fullness sensations or pain or other discomfort sensations. It is a matter of training your brain to recognise 'not OK' and pull back a cog until you find an intensity that feels OK again.
You will soon work out for yourself what activities always cause problems and either modify them or just do something else. Uncomfortable activities kind of limit themselves if you listen to your body.
The types of exercise and activities that cause problems tend to be jarring activities like road running or even trampolining; or sports that require aesthetic elements where your posture may be compromised by 'looking good'; exercise that requires an amount of balance that may throw you out of posture in order to complete a manoeuvre; forceful activities like boxing where balance and force are used together. Any sport where you have control of your gross posture and can move steadily in a controlled way is usually OK. A sport played on grass may be OK, but on a hard surface it may cause problems.
You will soon get the hang of it if you listen to your body.
Cheers

yes you can
but you may find you don't want to....The exercise in the back of the book is a pretty good work out and may be all you really need. I enjoy exercising. Swimming has never caused a problem for my prolapse. I would guess aqua aerobics would be fine-
Most things are once you are comfortable in the posture. Walking is great- especially if you add the arm circles and flapping.
Weight lifting is tricky. Use free weights and pay close attention and you should be fine.

thanks
thanks for the replies
i love to swim and walk, i just lost nearly 30 kg of baby weight so i need to tone up. I cant wait to get the book. my main issue is that 'am I doing the posture right?' anyway, hopefully I am and will see some improvement soon....
I feel that if I could go back to gym and do some light toning exercise, it would be great, just no hevy lifting. I need to do so much more reading on this.
thanks again
