new DVD

Just got the new DVD and I feel overwhelmed with everything different and all the new stuff to learn. Right now I am in a lot of back pain and my legs hurt too but wondering if the new DVD will help? Perhaps if I stick to the Beginner Workout and posture?

Hi Rachel,

It's impossible to predict whether the program will help your particular condition. However, generally speaking, this exercise is very good for the lower back.

The dance workout is just for fun and for extra conditioning for women who want to learn it. The posture and firebreathing/nauli are the cornerstones of the WW work. Start with the beginning program and see how you feel.
