When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

pH
Hi Tiff,
I think pH is a measure that is only applied to aqueous solutions, not fats and oils. If Bliss Balm doesn't work for you, surely there is something better than using a common pesticide!
Good luck!

Trimosan alternative
Hi Tiff
Have you tried a weak vinegar douche before inserting the pessary with Bliss Balm? Maybe not every time, but when you notice the odour? Let's face it, your vagina doesn't really like having a foreign object in it for long periods of time. I am not sure of the dilution, and it probably depends on the pH of the water you are using with it, but I am sure a health professional or the Net would give you guidelines.
Hope you can find a way of keeping up the pessary if you find it useful, and giving your vagina a helping hand to deal with it.
Cheers
Louise

Hi Louise,
Thanks for responding. I haven't tried a vinegar douche but will certainly look into it.
I can tell my body is not too happy with the foreign object, but trimosan is a big help.
thanks so much,
Tiffany

ph
Hi Christine,
I agree there has to be something better, although I didn't know I was effectively using a pesticide! Yikes! Honestly, I'm afraid to look up the ingredients to see what else they are used for because I know none of it's good.
Are you saying that the Bliss Balm has the potential to help with the ph problem? If so, I will definitely try it. I just don't want to add yet another product to my collection if it hasn't been beneficial for others for this use.
Thanks so much ~ this forum has been very informative so far!

I don't have any data about how Bliss Balm affects vaginal pH. Many women use it now and I've only had one complaint - and if I remember correctly she said she had to reach for the jar a second time during sex, so she didn't think it a great lubricant - lol.
