When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

woohooo!
So glad you're seeing results! Not to worry...because of the way the intestines are positioned, the uterus is not completely centered in the pelvis.

Off-centre cervix
Hi_Bad_Mirror
Yes, my cervix used to be off to the side, and it used to cause discomfort. I think it rubbed on the side of my vagina. Ultimately my uterus dropped some more (after a long period of overdoing it physically), and while my cervix became a bit lower, the discomfort has ceased. My cervix is sometimes down just inside the entrance, and I can make it peek by bearing down in bad posture, but it never comes anywhere near peeking when I am in good posture, or when I examine it from the back. It is often several centimetres inside, and after four years I now trust my body to keep it high enough.
Cheers
Louise

other POP's tilting???
i've noticed lately that all my pops has started tilting off to the right. It means i pee at a strange angle and is a bit annoying with my rectocele as BM's tend to head towards one side of my perineum. Christine, is there anything I can do to help them back to the centre? it's actually happened with the last big "lift", almost as if it lifted but to one side...

Gosh, I don't know, Kiki. Yes, I remember the good ol' days of perfect aim - lol. The thing that comes to mind for me is really dedicated firebreathing/nauli.
