Hello all

I have found the directions to this exercise online but am wondering how many you should do each day? The website I found explained that you progress to higher levels of the exercise each day but I'm wondering how many 'sets' I should be doing each day. I do enjoy the exercise which is great!

I don't know how many you 'should' do
I was doing way too much, it was just so much fun. but my low back began to ache. maybe from muscle imbalance, I don't know. so I cut back to a few rolls in each direction, twice daily.
