Question on exercise?

Well, I'm in my process with progress up and down. I've started walking again at a lake next to my home - it's so healing. Now, I'm thinking a bicycle ride - nothing hardcore - I have a 6 speed cruiser - Any input here? I suppose if I can do the WW posture as I ride, which I might be able to do, it could be ok? Biking is great - just try to keep your lumbar curve in place. :)
