When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

moving the organs forward
Awesome, Liv! These are the truths of our anatomy that some day will be indisputable. Thank you for believing in the work and giving one more testimony to the effectiveness of returning to natural female posture. The truth is, if we had a way to carry something heavy on our head, the effects would be even greater. I know it’s hard to believe that we have a certain body AS A RESULT of the way we worked and lived eons ago, but it is the truth and women like you are proving it.

babywearing rocks!!!
so happy its working for you. I also found that wearing the baby high had no negative impact on my prolapse.
and I also have Iris. and Olaf. had a blue and white indio, but it was too thick for my liking so I sold it.
I had a sachi mei tai, but I sold that one to a friend because I like the mei tai I made myself much better.
have you tried an ssc? I like the ease of them, but am worried about the fit, since the baby is supposed to sit low, on the waist strap.

Baby wearing and our Ancestors
Thats really great Liz! I have a becco carrier. I would love a Moby Wrap. She is still too young for me to put her in the becco. She is 13 lbs (one month old) so maybe it'd be ok. I have the Maya Wrap (a ring sling) and do use it when I go to church so no one tries to take her from me. But the Maya doesn't let me have both hands free all the time. I'm not that good with it. What is a rucksack carrier?
This brings me to another question,
Our ancestors had A LOT of children and did babywear them too, what else did they do to prevent prolapse? Our bodies are designed the way they are because of our historical mothers. I ran into a mom who had 9 children, NO POP! I was amazed. She also had all 9 of them at home. So, I don't think this is caused from pregnancy and birth. I could be wrong and she is just one really lucky woman. Or my damage is caused from the epsiotomy the doctor gave me when I had my first in the hospital. HE was also a forcep delivery too. The others were born at home. POP was discovered after baby number 4 after the placenta was expelled.

SSC and rucksack
I have never tried SSc-s, they do not have the cuddling effect IMO, lol. And you are right, Gmom, they are too low.
Fruitful, rucksack carry is this. It is me with my 1 month old last fall.

That picture is so cute! I'd be scared my baby would fling back and fall if she was on my back. But the way you make it look, I'd like to give it a try. Where do I find one of those?

Wrap
Hey Fruitful womb,
I'd suggest you to start here. You will find lots of information, instructions and methods, great community. And you can also buy a wrap for yourself there. You don't have to buy a new one, used wraps are just fine.
Good luck! It is fun, you'll see.

sweet!
that's the sweetest pic, liv!
I didn't get my wraps until my youngest was 3 or 4 mo and I was too nervous to wear him on my back then (was primarily still using the sling). but I'm going to give it a try with this one.
the ssc's don't have the cuddling effect imo either. but they seem (maybe?) more supportive for a larger baby (toddler?) when you need to carry them for a longer time period.
