Thank you Christine

Body:

Dear Christine,

I want to thank you for being an angel. Several years ago I was your 100th visitor, I remember that, I thought of the 100th monkey theory and that we would tip the scales and 'every woman' would soon come to realize that surgery is a bad route to take. I was over-joyed to find someone whose recommendations made perfect sense to me, all natural and logical. Reading your book with all your excellent explainations of why surgery won't help, was a God send. I do not think I would have ever gotten surgery anyway, as my intuition had already told me "no". Therefore your work was the perfect 'find' for confirmation to me. I took your message and suggesttions and put it all to the test. I sometimes struggled with what you were describing, trying to feel it all and figure it out. Well, percept upon precept, I did get it, and It works. I have no problems with my prolapse for 6 years now. It is there and it sometimes is up and sometimes down, but it has been a blessing in a way, always teaching me to hold my self high and fill my heart with gratitude always. It never bothers me, not one iota. I think if I did not know it was there, I would not know it was there. Anyway,I am writing to tell the women here that what you have offered really works. I have tried to write many times before, but I just cannot seem to put my thankfulness into words. Your insights and wisdom have been all I needed, I continue to feel so good and so strong and my insides are basically staying put very well. I know that so many of these women here are still young, and I did not get the prolapse until around 58 years old. I am sure that having this happen when you are younger would seem much more devestating, but it need not. Let me say it this way; I do not do anything for my prolapse, I just live my daily life in the natural female posture. Sweet and simple and I feel strong and powerful and elegant in this posture. It is all about the posture, your natural female posture, sitting, standing, working, lifting, cleaning, walking. The posture gave me inner strength both spiritually and physically. The posture, when I finally really got it, I used to say I felt like Beyonce (the hot singer with the cute behind sticking out)

As you put it so well Chistine in your ariticle here on the forum about why Kegals do not work:
"---working and living in natural female postures supplies the urinary tract with enough muscular activity---" Yes, this is the basis of it all for me and I am doing fine with no more than this.

So, there you go, that is about all I know how say, but I thank you again so very much for your divine mission in life, it is a gift from heaven and I hope you know it. I hope your message gets accepted in the medical fields one day soon with "Do no harm" being the oath they stand by.

Joy to you, Sweetluv

Dear Sweetiluv,

God bless you! Thank you for your lovely words and your care to take the time to write. I agree with you that it is all about the posture. Although exercise is great in its own right - and dance is downright fun - just living and working in natural posture is enough. I am completely astonished that my long-standing prolapse is getting better at my age!

We desperately need a world of healthy older women. Menopause offers us a precious chance at vitality and lucidity, which seem to lend a second wind at creating life...something bigger than family life. The world is a shattered place and I believe it will be women who will heal it.

In gratitude,

Christine
