When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

RE: Sex Question / Birth Control
Dear Candice,
It's good to hear from you and especially that you are seeing improvement!
I think you should definitely run the experiment (sex!) and find out for yourself!! But before you do...get out as many sizes of paper you have and as many crayons, markers, paints etc. and spend half a day with your favorite music playing in the background and write, draw, and paint the letters NO FEAR.
I can't say this with any authority, and it will take some time (which I don't have just now) to look up, but I did read some months ago somewhere in the gyno journals that the diagnosis "urethrocele" was being discarded. These are all cystoceles higher or lower on the bladder neck/bladder.
Good for you for breastfeeding for the long run! Candice, I can't answer you about birth control! I want to say take your temperature, watch your mucus, watch the moon...but I know you need more precision than that and I simply have not given it much thought as my focus is prolapse.
My hope is that other women will give you information, and/or you will become our resident expert on birth control!
:-)Christine

RE: Sex Question / Birth Control
My baby is 4 months. I had sex at 6 weeks and it was wonderful! :) I am still breastfeeding and though I hate them, we are using condoms as I still have no period and do not know when my fertility will return. Once my periods begin again, I will be monitoring cervical changes, mucus changes, and my temperature (great book: Taking charge of your fertility-- by an author with first name Toni--think I posted it before on this site--when I have more time I'll verify her name). But until then the only thing I feel safe using is condoms and we have used NO birth control during our six years of marriage, but we do have 3 kids-- only one unexpected... :)
