Tipped uterus/low cervix and kegel barbell

Body:

Hi!

I have a question about using a kegel barbell inside the vagina while doing kegel exercises. Since I have a tipped uterus and my cervix is found pretty low, about 2.5-3 inches inside the vagina against the front vaginal wall, can I use the barbell? It means it (the barbell) would be inserted either behind the cervix or to the side of it.

What do you think?!

PS~I am assuming this is what happens during intercourse anyway, but it just seems different when talking about a metal barbell!!

I don't know if this is discussed in Christine's book...I ordered it yesterday! :)
