LICHEN SCLEROSIS

Body:

I am wondering if anyone has heard of Perrins Blend creams for LS. I was on their website and they have some stories from people who have used this cream. I would like to know if any of the members here have used it and you thought. I would like to try it but am afraid because I don't know if the stories on their site are real or to get us to buy their product. Please let me know if you or someone you know has tried it.

Thx

Looking for help

Hi Tocagirl,
I have not tried that cream--this is the first i've heard of it, so can't comment. But, i thought i'd ask, have you tried any of Christine's suggestions about the anti-inflammatory diet? I only ask as i've been on round two (i fell off the wagon in between) for a month now, and WOW. i feel so much better. I've also started using plain old organic butter after Christine mentioned it, and it has taken away the last symptoms. Well, not 100%. I had 5 minutes of horrible itchy irritation from a pad on day 1 of my period this month, and the odd five minutes of mild itch every few days. After 1 1/2 years of constant irritation, this feels like a miracle.
I need to go through another full cycle before i can really climb to the top of the trees and shout, but i'm definately feeling a ton better so far. so i highly highly recommend trying--and, other than the turmeric pills i'm buying, or the chaparral i hope to try soon, no cost involved which is a bonus!

I really don't have itching and it isn't white. Mine is red and painful. Sometimes I wonder if the biopsy report was wrong. But I've started soaking in water with backing soda and the redness is almost gone and the pain as well. But how long it will last I don't know. You might want to try that as well.
