When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

I feel the pulling
I feel the pulling sensations the worst at ovulation. I've also talked to other moms with no prolapse that have said that there ovulation pains were worse after children. So, maybe it's just normal. I usually have to take 3 advil to get rid of the pain.

Agreed
Yes, I also have bad ovary pain, but now I am ashamed: my "thing" is only slight pressure (or pulling, yeah, that describes better), no Advil is needed, lol.

changes
Don't feel ashamed! It's not nice to feel any changes, doesn't matter what they are. So don't feel bad. You are trying to make everything as good as you can, and noting changes however minor is part of that!
I will say that nearly 3 years on, those cyclical changes are so much less. I do get ovary pain, but i don't think it's POP. You can get pain as the egg is released, and i feel it more every other month, so must be about one side. but that isn't POP related.
don't know if yours is, but maybe a little firebreathing / nauli if you are feeling worse might help if it is POP related. re ovluation pain, i don't know what can help with that. I've never found a solution other than getting through it till it passes...
but maybe someone has better advice

Thanks, Kiki,
Yeah, the ovary pain is a different story, I was always thankful for that, especially in my TTC months. But the heaviness is POP related. It is gone, so I guess it takes only 48 hours or so around ovulation when I feel more draggy.
If I think about it now, it was not a big deal, I can live with it.
...and you are very encouraging, as always. Good to know that these cycle dependent swings will be less and less noticable as time goes.
Thanks!
