When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Great news Phoebe
This is wonderful to have your doubts debunked. Just make sure you don't overdo it. Remember that you are still all sloppy inside and your sloppy bits still need the opportunity to shrink back without your giving them grief. You will probably have some little setbacks, but now you know you can recover your position quite quickly. Recovering from setbacks might be slower when you are PP? I remember a couple of Members saying that 3-6 months was the worst. Anyway, take care and don't dump on yourself if it all goes pear-shaped for a while. It will recover.
Cheers
Louise

Yeah!!!
Wonderful news Phoebe! Glad to hear you're ready to retire the V2 supporter. It's not pretty, but it helps. Of course, it is always better when you don't have to use it! Hopefully your precious girl has become a better sleeper and you are getting some night time rest. You are doing very well so early on! Sending more healing vibes your way!

update
thanks for the update, I always like hearing how everyone recovers pp, and its great to read that you're doing well
re: the multi child lifestyle, in all honesty adding number five is easier than adding the second. by now I'm used to not being able to 'be there' all the time for each of my kids. the baby cries sometimes while she waits for me to tend to a sibling. the older ones get into things they shouldn't (2.5 yo on the kitchen table yesterday helping himself to ice cream straight from the container. with chocolate syrup and sprinkles) while I change the baby's dipe. adn that's just the way it is.
and you know what? the younger ones (read: those who got 'less' attention) seem better adjusted and more independant than their older siblings were at those ages. so maybe its ok.
I don't know how much of this is a function of having more kids, or that I've matured a bit over the last 11 years.
the thing that's killing me right now is the paperwork. school papers and tests and schedules and the like. nobody tells you how much paperwork kids generate.
but its wonderful for the kids to have a sibling. 7 weeks is still early to find your
new equilibrium, but you will. before you know it you'll have new routines in place and you'll be thinking of adding number three : )

Thanks!!
Just wanted to say thank you so much to Phoebe. I was searching for answers to the prolapses when I happened to run across a post you posted to another worried pregnant gal on Babycenter. You posted this site and that is how I found it!!! Without your post, I might have still been in the dark!
