When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

how long?
Hi Sue
It can be a bit hit and miss at first, particularly until you work out what is holding you back from progress. I don't mean to sound like a motivational programme, but sometimes there are things happening in our bodies that literally stop us from relaxing into WW posture. eg I have a lot of upper back and neck stiffness that has effects lowers down, so I am up for a really deep massage this week to try and get some more flexibility into my spine, though my POPs aren't too bad.
Remember before, that we talked about constipation, clothing style and our environment adn how we use the body in it, as well as posture? How are you going with these other factors? Have you given the posture as you understand it a good try yet? I am hesitant about having a stab at how long it will take. The point is that our anatomy says it will work, unless there is something else playing with our anatomy. That's why I am asking about the other things.
How is the adenomyosis? An organ that is bigger than it would normally be will certainly affect your POPs, because it extends backwards and over the vagina further than a normal sized uterus. Then it becomes a centre of gravity issue, that will tip it over the back edge into your vagina until your uterus shrinks again.

Thanks Louise
Thanks very much for your thoughts on this, Louise. Its given me things to think about. I have a bad back as well, mainly lower back which makes my hamstring muscles very tight. Saying that however, I do seem to still have a good curve in my lower back. I try to do the mackenzie back arch on the floor everyday to help with back pain.
I think I still have adenomyosis judging by my heavy painful periods. Oh well!
