When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

bladder surgery?
Hi
Wow that is something! I read about that happening, after one organ is removed the others shift and when one is attached to a position then it happens with another. Maybe they should have attached them all at the time of your hysterectomy? I know Christine is against most of these procedures she had it happen to her. So she is speaking from experience and education.
I have just been diagnosed with cystocle. I was thinking of getting my bladder fixed but read that they end up fixing everything later because thing will slid into the space left from the moved organ. So discouraging. I too am very active. I thought this was something that happened to obese women. I'm not even over weight.
If you get her book or video it can clear things up. How old are you? Are you pre or post menapausal? I know we're not alone with this. I think women need to speak up about this.
Keep smiling,
Sarah

HI Noodles,
Now i don't have much to offer on this but want you to know it's being read! think we need to wait for more expert opinions to chime in here. problem is how the body without the uterus responds to the excercises--have you read through the hysterectomy forum? i remember christine being unsure about some of the excercises that are more vigorous in the pelvis being good for women who had had hysterectomies, but i can't remember the details--and i imagine it's a small portion of the dvd.... so read through the forum and you will get more info. have you started the posture? that in itself can help a lot...also how is your diet? few of us are experimenting with anti inflammatory diet (but inflammatory into search, will come up with threads) that has definately helped my cystocele a ton. rectocele is more stubborn, but we are going to get there ;-)
