When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

pelvic pain
Hi Kitty
I was hoping somebody would jump in and respond to your topic, but they haven't so here goes. It is not fair to let your topic go unanswered.
I was hoping somebody else would respond because situations involving a woman who has had hysterectomy and is having pain are really hard to respond to. The uterus is really an essential part of Wholewoman work. Without the uterus the vagina has to be supported in another way to prevent its falling down into itself and bringing intestines with it, which is usually regarded as a medical emergency, and to be avoided at all costs. We don't know which Wholewoman techniques are useful and which are not useful. We don't know how much improvement you can get, and to what degree it is sustainable. We can only offer to hold your hand while you see what you can do.
Have they given your condition a name? Have they given you any reason for the pain? Are you able to describe the pain?
Have you had a look at www.tipna.org , international website for pudendal nerve neuropathy ? Is this anything like what you are experiencing?

talking to doc
Thank you for answering me. I will look up the link you posted to see if it applies. My diagnosis before surgery was endometerosis, a forward tilted uterus, adhesions and multiple cysts. The surgery was supposed to remove my uterus, burn adhesions and remove as many cysts as they could. Not even 2 years later and the pain is 10 times worse and I can't make love with my husband at all, even an orgasm without intercourse is painful afterwords! Any more suggestions I can give my Dr to look for would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

hystersisters
hi kitty,
there is a forum that is called hyster sisters you might find useful, maybe not but they may be familiar with the pain and things you are talking about.
adhesion's can be very painful and it might be useful into looking into myofascia massage --- some of these techniques have been very helpful and loosening the scar tissue which helps to remove the pain. you can google the term and read lots about it.
i am not sure what to ask the doctor about, maybe adhesions and physical therapy, or massage????
best of luck to you

thank you
I checked out the websites you all gave me and I now feel like I have some solid info to share with my doc. Hopefully she will listen to me and check out the links especially tipna.org my symptoms are very close to the posts there. The sites gave me links to other pain management options (no drugs!) that I didn't know even existed. Thank you! I will check in after my appointment today!
Please send me some good karma!
