When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

WOW GMOM
THAT'S AWESOME - YOU GO!!!! I'm amazed that you can carry baby in sling for so long with no symptoms at all. I haven't been around much lately, so would love to hear what you attribute that to at present. hugs! Marie

fabulous!
thank you for sharing your great day out--and your lack of symptoms from it.
you are right--we need to share more often our good days to. i remember right at the beginning reading someone who said they went out al day with the kids, played football etc. all i could think is it will never be me.
well, it is and will be others too who are probably thinking they'll never go to the beach all day with kids and not feel worse for it...

hi maire
nice to *see* you!
usually, the only symptoms I have after wearing a baby in a sling so long is a sore neck or shoulder, but I didn't even have that.
not sure why. I tend to wear the baby as high up as I can comfortably get her and exaggerate the posture. but yesterday I was just plain enjoying wearing her (she prefers to be on the floor or even in a stroller sometimes) and didn't give any thought to my POP until I got home.
I was a bit worried I'd be bulgy today, but I'm fine. totally fine.
hugs to you too!

Thank you!
As I get nearer to the end of this pregnancy, reading about your day at the beach is so encouraging!! After finding myself sagging after baby #3, I am preparing myself for things not to be perfect after #4 but am also getting ready to handle it much differently (no lifting 20 gallon buckets in the first week or for many weeks after!). This pregnancy (31 weeks) has been easy short of the constipation and rectocele at the beginning (under control most days now!). Feeling heavy some days, and can feel a slight bulge in vagina but mostly just when babe's head is pushing down!
Thanks gmom for the ecouragement!! I plan to roar after this one too!!
