Lower back pain

I have your book and CD Christine and I must say you are a remarkable woman. I have been changing the way I stand, walk and the way I sit. I am experiencing lower back pain, however. Is this my back adjusting? Any suggestions for relief?

I forgot to tell you that lying flat on the floor with a rolled towel under your lumbar spine is very helpful. Just close your eyes and feel the weight of your body sink into the floor....ah-h-h-h. Do this for a few minutes each morning and night.
