When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

How lovely to hear, Colehollow. I believe it could happen for all women if they would just (1) stick with it, (2) adjust their exercise to their abilities, and (3) become accepting of the prolapsed state. The surgical solution is grim. Our own prolapsed vaginas can be managed while at the same time learning a whole lot about nature! Prolapse is one of the prerequisites of Wise Woman, I have no doubt.
Wish I could write more...so very tired and there is lots more to do before we surprise you tomorrow with amazing things....

check it out
Village members..please check out the wonderful Dr. Christine Horner in the theatre and a short piece on the mechanics of squatting in the WWCenter.
Everyone...I am awe-struck and grateful to present in the Village Post an original article by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, author of the groundbreaking book, Women Who Run with The Wolves. She wrote this just for us and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have.
Take a look at the other 2 new articles as well. The graphics do not transfer very well to such a tiny space, but I hope you get the gist of both. We live in very interesting times!

Fascinating
About the Golden proportion and WW posture!! Also, I got around to viewing the footage from the Birds of a Feather article, and my jaw dropped. Those exercises are almost exactly the same as what one of the co-founders of Gyrotonics/Gyrokinesis has taught me in my many classes from her in my dancing days. I might have to look into that again!

The golden proportion
One of the classes I teach in high school is art. I was aware of the Golden Proportion introduced by deVinci. And the ying/yang symbolic balance going back centuries. While I haven't seen this particular formula, I am convinced you are correct. Great visual to help women see the power of WW head to toe posture. Thank You!!!
