When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

bliss balm
Not any time soon :(
Those who liked it, really liked it. However, we didn't sell enough of it to make it worth our effort. Maybe in the future with better advertising.
Thanks so much for asking.

you can make it
the base of bliss is coconut oil
then olive oil
and then beeswax
if I were you I'd buy these in food grade and mix then together over low heat
then add whatever you like - maybe rose oil or lavender oil
put it in your old bliss container

Bliss Balm
Thanks for the recipe, alemama. You're the best. What is the purpose of putting it over low heat? Does it need to be sterilized or anything? Can't wait to try this! Thank you again for responding.

heat
warming it makes it mix up easily
coconut oil and beeswax are solid at room temp.

ratio
I think it has considerably less beeswax than the oils because it becomes a bit granular after really hot weather, which I think might be the beeswax coming out because of the differing melting points. I imagine the beeswax is the ingredient that helps it to persist wherever you put it, and its persistence is one of the things I really like about it. It stays where you put it.
Good luck.

Alternative
I have been using Alba Un-petroleum Jelly to get me through chafing of tender organs. It has castor seed oil, coconut oil, beeswax, hydrogenated castoroils, and some tocopheryls. It also oozes a bit in very hot weather, but stays solid enough to do its job and comes in a very practical tube that I can carry in my purse.
If anyone has an opinion on this I would like to know. I haven't been putting anything hydrogenated in my mouth, and though I was told to take castor oil by a natruopath, that scares me too. I am sure both are being absorbed into my body through my skin.
When I get a moment I'll experiment with bliss balm. Adding a scent of my own sounds great! Any idea how much less bees wax?

Bliss Balm...
Oh-oh, devastated!! Just returned to WW after a long absence (greetings to everyone), and discovered Bliss Balm unavailable. Wd gladly pay a higher price (below import duty tax) if it ever returns, Christine!
Have tried a few organic UK products (Body Shop etc.) and dislike them all.

Bliss Balm recipe
are you adding these three ingredients in equal quantities or is there more of one ingredient that the other two?

percentages of wax and oils
don't know, but if you are a paid Member you can go to Christine's cottage and see how she judges the quantity of wax in her red clover balm. Bliss Balm was very slippery. I think this means more coconut oil.

ingredients list
the ingredients in a product are listed from the most to the least
so more oil than wax
play around with it- once it cools you will know if it's right or not
then just heat back up and add more :)
