Sea sponges

Body:

I am 56 and until recently was still having periods. I have had a prolapse for 19 years but it has now got worse. I thought I would try the sea sponges for support but are they any better than ordinary tampons? I had to stop using them as when I removed them it felt they were pulling things down?

Am trying to get Christine's video. Is it available in UK?

Also thinking of getting an 'S' posture chair, would this help with sitting position?

Many thanks
Jenny

Hi Jenny,

The sponge is very light and would probably be much healthier than any sort of tampon.

If the chair you are talking about helps you keep the "S" curves in your spine, yes, that would be helpful. You just want to sit as much as possible using the strength of your own spine.

You can order the video right here on the homepage and it will be shipped out to the UK today.
