enterocele and cyctocele/pelvic prolapse

Body:

Hello i am new here. I had a hysterectomy about two and a half years ago.It took a good year to completely heal. I began exercising this jan of 2010 over a two month period my pelvic floor was dropping , at my last session i couldn't finish due to pain so thought i was just overdoing it. The next day I couldn't walk. It felt like my bladder was full and had major pressure down there. I also had major labia swelling and pain. I had gone to the hospital for a week with no diagnoses , then sent to an urologist for the scope inside my bladder and found it was in constant spasm.

So put on diazapam to reduce the spasming Then to the gynecologist to have full examination. Upon the examination was diagnosed with a cyctocele , had an MRI and was diagnosed with enterocele. I have been on the couch for eight months waiting for a specialist to see me. I live in BC Canada and have to travel 12 hours to see this specialist when i finally get in.

It has completely ruined my life , i cant walk far , cant sit long periods of time and can not do daily activities or chores. Yes i miss doing chores. ha ha. I have troubles with voiding , it burns to pee and always have blood in my urine. Bowel movements do not happen naturally. It has been the worst experience of my life.

I am on a lot of pain medication and it still doesn't take away the pain. I feel so frustrated most days and feel some relief that others have gone through similar things not that i would want anyone to have pain but nice to know i am not alone.

thanks for hearing me out

All our arms are around you as you struggle through your very difficult reality. We hear it over and over again and send our love and hope that you will be able to affect your condition with Whole Woman posture and breathing.

May I offer a little experiment?

Sit up on a firm surface using the strength of your own spine. Pull up through the back of your neck while keeping your shoulders down and your upper back flat and broad.

Let your belly fall as far forward as you can. Encourage it to hang over your thighs as much as it will while keeping the upper body posture.

Close your eyes and breathe evenly and quietly through your nose as you sense your organs moving forward with every in-breath. Sit this way for as long as feels comfortable - up to 20 minutes.

Welcome to Whole Woman - we hope to help you.
