?The right exercise for post hysperectomy gals...

I have missed this site. I was away for work and do not have a lap top. Now I am back and I have a question. I love Christine's exercises, but this morning as I as doing one or two of them a question popped into my mind. Since many of us have 'been spade' and do not have all our parts, are there some additional exercises we should be doing that would help our vaginas stay in our bodies. I am so tired of having part of me protrude. I do not ever want surgery, and I try to stay in the WW posture all the time, but still I am protruding. Does anyone have any ideas? Meribelle, Sorry, but I don't have answers for you, but it would be helpful if you knew how the top of your vagina is now held up, because that may impact on what type of exercises you can do, and which if any you should not do.

Really, all of us can only suck our pelvic organs up and keep them up and forward, using the structures we have.
