went ot urologist

brndajo Thanks Christine and others for replys - it does help to hear from others going through the same thing. The urologist set me up for 2 tests that my insurance required before surgery, After the second one. he said I didn't need the surgery and put me on vesicare. Well, so excited to hear him say that I forgot to ask him why I didnt have to have surgery. I was more concerned with him explaining to me about my muscles doing like a hernia and if they could ever get better.Christine, if I can still feel my bladder (sometimes worse than others) why would he say I didnt need it? Dont get me wrong - I dont want surgery. but I dont want it hanging down either! Is it ever possible you could have strained really bad enough to prolapse and it eventually go back? When they examine you. can they actually see the muscle that holds your bladder and uterus? can your rectal muscle ever get into better shape if they say its out of shape? Thanks a lot!

brndajo Christine, thanks so much for every time there is a question, always answering! I know it takes a lot of time to do this for everyone. You certainly are dedicated. I have not ordered your video, but am getting ready to. I already see,some days I feel it, some days I don't,(the prolapse)so that fact right there lets me know exercise could be helping. Have been doing some yoga and old firm tape that really emphasises pelvic floor throughout the video. Thnks again and how has your problem been?
