When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

bleeding
Hi Teebar
Strange things happen during perimenopause, including the odd day of bleeding or spotting. I think you can assume that the firebreathing is having some sort of effect on your uterus, so you must be doing something right. All bleeding is not bad, you know, especially in a woman who is still menstruating. I would just play it by ear. If you find that the bleeding is obviously being exacerbated by the firebreathing, just ease off for a few days.
Once your periods finally stop you will no longer get that heaviness that we seem to get the week before a period. It is rather nice not getting that monthly heaviness.
It may be that you will get a period, and it may be that you did some firebreathing because you were feeling bulgy and heavy. Try diarying the firebreathing and spotting, and see if it does relate to your cycle.

more like a tinge of blood
Thanks for your reply Louise. Throughout the day it was more like just pinkish mucous. I did feel very heavy in my abdomen and by the evening I was feeling like I had over exerted myself. I find that amazing for only 2 minutes of the exercise. I decided not to do anymore today and all trace of blood/mucous is gone, however I still feel worn out. So would it be safe to say that I just overdid it and need to take the firebreathing a bit slower?

firebreathing
Hi Teebar,
Yes, the logical thing is to stop the exercise until all is stabilized. Two minutes may be too much. I have not set any sort of time frame around firebreathing, but left it open to individual judgment. I only do a few firebreaths, then nauli, and repeat two or three times. It doesn't take much nauli to move things forward.
I second everything Louise said. My uterus was extremely labile during peri-menopause - tons of erratic bleeding.
Keep us posted!
