dragon boat racing

Body:

I started dragon boating last summer and loved it. Does anyone know if this sport contributes to further prolapse ? Please feel free to comment.

I had to google dragon boat racing ;)
It looks like it would be possible (though perhaps not easy) to stay in posture while in the boat, unlike rowing which is much more supine. How do you feel after you race? This seems like a great opportunity to experiment with how you hold your body while out in the water and how it affects your POP. Unless there are other dragon boat racers on here, you might be the one to share with you what you experience.
Sounds like you really enjoy it, so like the many women here who love gardening, walking, running, etc., you'll just have to find your own way with the racing and your body and see what works and what does not. I know that is not the yes or no answer that you might prefer! How long have you been racing and how has it affected your POPs?
