wonderful whole woman workout

Body:

Hi all,

Been away from the forum a few months with too much going on - all in one week there was the death of a 13 yr old friend of my sons, my nan had a stroke and my daughter split up with her boyfriend just for a start. Since then my dear 94 year old nan had a hospital stay, then came home, celebrated her 95th birthday but had another stroke and passed away just before Christmas.

Three generations of women in her family (me, my mum and my daughter) as well as other family members were able to be with her in her last few days and when she died. It was a very moving experience. then of course there was Christmas and New Year to get through with its usual ups and downs, and we had nans funeral last week. Though a beautiful service and in fact whole day it was an emotional roller coaster.
On top of all that the Local Authority i work for are making big cuts and my line-manager's job has already gone and we are all so worried about what it will mean for us. been seriously having to look at alternative jobs - not easy having just turned 48 and not feeling in great health.

As for health, I have had further appointments for the bowel difficulties and found from some more bowel functin tests that the bowel muscles are working pretty well, contrary to what the procogram had shown. that leaves me with more questions - what did cause the rectocele and what is causing the difficulties I am experiencing virtually daily and didn't have a year and a half ago?

However, on the plus side my whole woman pack arrived mid October and has been the saving grace all through this period. I started the exercises straight away and though I found some quite difficult to begin with I just did what I could and built on that. Now I do the beginning workout twice and if I have time part one and two of the advanced workout. If I have a lot of time I do those twice too. I usually exercise first thing in the morning if I can and have only missed a couple of days. I feel so good for the exercise and am really toning up in my legs and arms. I have had far less jaw tension at night - the head roll really helps this. I have also noticed that I am often very stiff in the mornings and when I do the first kneel and learn forwards to stretch I can't put my forehead on the floor but when I repeat 5 minutes later after the rest of the first part of the beginning workout I can!

I haven't noticed any difference with the rectocele yet but it is early days. I just look forward so much to doing the exercses I know they are going to help - they already have in other ways, most importanly my well-being.

Thank you all, especially Christine :D
