When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

excercise
Hi Alex,
Excercise is great for you and for your pop! So don't worry. The trick is to first ensure that you feel very confident about WW posture, and then to excercise in posture. Also, figure out what feels good.
walking is great. I walk all i can, and the more I walk in posture, the better I feel....
riding a bike would, i imagine, be safe as long as you are again in posture and the right angle. there is video of christine bicycling--maybe on her youtube site? then you can get an idea of what is ok. I don't see a huge difference (except for the reclining bikes which is a totally different angle...
some people here do run. put it in the search engine for info.
do you have christine's dvd? i love that for excercise!
go slowly, and listen to your body. if your body says i don't like it, stop. build up slowly. stay in posture, and listen listen listen. you'll find what works!

Elliptical
Hi Alex
We have an Elliptical trainer at home. I find that I have to be quite mindful of my posture on it. It is very easy to slouch over if too far away from the handle bars. Just keep your lumbar curve in place and remember to use your arms to balance the load top and bottom. Not locking your knees is pretty important too.

Re Exercise
Hi Alex99, I also share your concern around what is/is not ok. I think one of the key factors is listen and respond to what your body tells you. EG if it doesn't feel good then stop!
I've found swimming a bit of a life saver. I've treated myself to a spa membership, which also has the added treat value of jacuzzi's etc. It's amazing how having a significant problem has galvanised my commitment to looking after myself! I find swimming on my front, hands on a foam block in front of me and legs going up and down an excellent and save way of practising whole woman posture. I'm also experimenting with back stroke... I've not noticed anyone else mention swimming. Anyone any further thoughts on swimming?
I've also found Christine DVD another life saver. I practice most days.
I also think some yoga postures are really appropriate (I used to be a yoga teacher). Look at Christine's dvd to understand the principles of postures will help and which won't. Let us know what works for you. xWWUK

I like to swim
But no swimming pool close to where I live.
Best is to avoid chlorinated pools, and if you are lucky find one that is using a salt water system.
One hot day, I was so desparate that I did swim with my clothes on in the ocean, and it felt good.
Good Luck,

Excercise, yoga
Hey, Alexx,
Yoga is safe, you just have to know your limits and have to keep a nice lumbar curve.
I started Ashtanga yoga a month ago. It is really powerful. The breathing throughout the whole practice is like firebreathing what Christine suggests. And we always start with Nauli.
Those downward dogs and inverted poses helped me tremendously!
So do not be afraid from yoga. Skip asanas you are not comfortable with, always lift the chest and trust in your body.
