Qigong may help heal POP

Body:

Master Yap is the qigong master who told me doing a lot of qigong [many hours/day, everyday, I think he meant] would heal POP.

He is the originator of CFQ Qigong [google "CFQ Qigong," and he will come up.]

There is an exercise on the video of the CFQ exercises one can order.
The video I have of these exercises includes "The Butterfly," towards the end of the video.

I haven't yet done much of this "Butterfly" exercise, but I intend to give it a much more in-depth try, because, inspired by Christine's info & ideas, plus the idea of femoral massage I recently learned of by googling
"Traditional Chinese Medicine [TCM]" in conjunction with POP and anything uterus-related, like fertility, intuitively, I am beginning to think this "Butterfly" exercise may be very beneficial in healing POP, because it releases "stuck chi" from the groin, where the body stores a lot of fear, tension, anxiety, and trauma. The Butterflies are done sitting in a chair with your butt close to the front of the seat, and you open and close your legs in a very relaxed, gentle way, for about 50-100 times or more, at a time.

Coincidentally[or not,] the femoral artery resides in the groin, also, which is where some TCM Practitioners/acupuncturists suggest "massaging" the femoral artery [that is, BRIEFLY, ONLY, I WOULD GUESS, so blood supply is not cut off for too long, there] putting pressure on the femoral artery so that blood flows more strongly into other nearby blood vessels that nourish the uterus, ovaries.]

Has anyone tried this femoral massage for POP? Is it safe to block the femoral artery for a little while? [I guess it could be harmful if done too long.] Does anyone know about how long to apply the pressure to the femoral artery safely?
