vaginal dryness/infections

Just a thank you to Christine for mentioning use of probiotic yoghurt for vaginal dryness. Yesterday I had chafing and slight tingling that felt like it was the start of an infection. I had some greek yoghurt in the fridge, applied it in the right places, slept on it and woke up fine. Applied again this morning, no symptoms all day. So I'll keep using it for a while. Have also read up a little and seen that honey can be used; but with this product a little word of advice: only MGH medical grade honey, is free of any pathogens. Manuka honey appears to be the best readily available from health stores.
