When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hrmph!
Never mind, Harmony. when we have a setback it is a good reminder of how awful it was before, and how far we have come. Don't worry. You will get back to a better state in a few days.
Hopefully you will eventually be able to sort out your body for yourself, and not have to call on the Chriopractor very often.

One day.
One day I won't need him that often. I just started seeing him 3xs a week a couple of weeks ago and we have several issues that we're fixing. He doesn't know of the prolapse but his appointments generally put me in a great mood, my back feels better, it is all good! In a couple of months I'll go twice a week and a few months after that I'll go once a week, etc. I am so grateful to be able to go finally. You're right, though, this is a great reminder of how much better I was doing and a really good time to listen to my body and learn how to tell some of the what-is-what. : )

chiro
when I started chiro I was also going 3X/wk
now I go once a month when I have the time, but usually once every 6 weeks unless I feel I need it sooner.
I have no idea why chiro works for me, but it does!
I hope your chiro gets back soon
